CHRIS BROWN ARRESTED...AGAIN.

LOS ANGELES — Chris Brown has been arrested on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon and was being transported to the Los Angeles Police Department's downtown robbery-homicide division for questioning, a police spokesperson told Mashable. Police served a search warrant at the home of the troubled singer Tuesday afternoon following a peaceful standoff that dragged on through most of the day, LAPD Public Information Officer Tony Im said. Detectives initially responded to a 3:11 a.m. call from outside Brown's home in the affluent Los Angeles neighborhood of Tarzana, where a woman told police that Brown pointed a gun at her in a violent rage. Brown insisted that police get a search warrant to enter the palatial estate, and cops spent the next 12 hours stationed outside while a magistrate prepared the papers. Airtel money to pay interest to customers effective September 11

Airtel Money, a sub brand of Airtel Ghana has announced its readiness, in conjunction with partner banks, to pay interests earned by customers on their Airtel Money wallets effective 11th September 2016. The interest payment is in line with directives from the Bank of Ghana issued earlier this year for Mobile Money Operators to pay interests on customers’ E-value. Speaking to the company’s readiness to comply with this directive, Edmund Barwuah, Head of Corporate Sales, Airtel Money said “ we are excited that the Bank of Ghana has given the green light for us to pay interest accrued on the pooled E-money float for eligible customers effective the second week of September. Together with our partner banks, interest earned for the first half of the year will be paid to customers in two tranches with the first payments made by 11th September covering the period January to March and the second payments made by 18th September covering April to June 2016. World Bank, Global Fund commit $24bn into universal health coverage in Africa

At the Sixth Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD-VI) today, African heads of state and partners vowed to accelerate progress toward universal health coverage (UHC) in Africa. To help countries implement their health reforms, the World Bank and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria (Global Fund) committed to invest$24 billion in Africa over the next three to five years. The announcement was made ahead of the two-day TICAD conference, which is Japan’s flagship program for African development.
