PRINCE WILLIAM AND KATE IN TROUBLE?

I'm pretty sure you know about that one couple who didn't look like they could do any wrong? I mean, the press has been on them since their fairytale wedding back in 2011 and they've been able to keep a clean record...you know...till now. For quite some time now,Prince William and Kate Middleton have been getting less of the normal love and admiration they get from the media, and rather more criticism and bad remarks, making it sort of an attack on them. First of all, and I must say, the English media is quite brave for going through with this. You could get banned from covering all Royal engagements and other events for being rebellious and insurgent but oh well, I guess if something bad is happening, you have to point it out right?

So what exactly is the Royal couple doing that's making them get this much heat from the press. Well it's nothing like an adulterous lifestyle if that's where your mind went to. To begin with, Prince William did fewer public appearances than his 94-year-old grandfather. Now this might not look like that much of a big deal, like hey, he's keeping to himself, so what? Well, for someone who's high up in the Royal house, you might want to go around a bit, let your people see you. Prince William has "politely declined" to attend the BAFTA party for the second year running. The ridiculous fact is that this event was held IN HIS HOME for the past two years. How difficult could it be to just stay home, show up at the party, say hi to a few prominent people, then get back to bed? The more farcical part of this story is that he actually is the President of BAFTA, which makes it even more weird that he didn't attend the party. Sources have said that he was 50 miles away spending time with his in laws at their home in Bucklebury, Berkshire. When I heard this, I literally hit my forehead saying " really, you couldn't pick any other day to visit your in laws? Now even though this habit of Prince William has become a growing concern of courtiers and senior royals, others are more direct in their approach to the issue. One friend of the family referred to William as radiating a sense of 'entitlement and petulance', while also describing Kate as 'a little grand' and occasionally abrupt. I don't know about you, but no matter how rich and powerful I am, I wouldn't like to be called any of those things.

The release of pictures showing William and Kate on a skiing holiday in the French Alps hasn't helped at all. It looks like they're enjoying their life more than fulfilling their Royal duties.

It has also emerged that Prince William works only half of the hours of s regular job ( in his role as an air ambulance helicopter pilot). The question of William's workload is all the more pressing as the Queen, who turns 90 ( she's pretty old Fam) in April is anxious to pass on some of her Royal duties.

Now if senior Royals also lived this sort of life, I probably won't have anything to write about, but even Prince Charles when he was William's age, had quit the Royal Navy in order to dedicate his life to supporting his mother. Prince William on the other hand has been given the luxury of a normal life. His entire student time at St.Andrews was experienced in total media blackout, had a successful career with the RAF, and lived with his girlfriend before he married her (even I don't live with mine) .

I don't think all this is wrong though, I mean, the guy is human, he's like all of us ( except he's a thousand times richer) but still, he still has the right to live a normal life if he wants to. Plus I do have to say, he's an excellent dad, who loves his children and loves spending time with them. He just needs to find a way to perfectly balance his personal life and his royal responsibilities.
